When circumstances warrant alterations, in regard to prior service and fee arrangement, the amount or basis of my compensation will be established, with proper respect to each matter, at the time my services are engaged. The agreement entered into at that time, whether written or oral, shall be the sole agreement for total compensation and nature of services to be rendered. Any later modifications of efficiency and method of each separate agreement shall be reduced to writing.

SCIENTIFIC ISSUES: $250.00 per hourly fee (Note: Contingencies Applied)
PRO BONO cases by individual merit only.
LISTED COMPUTERIZED SERVICES: $100.00 per hourly fee
